Reduced lodging and discounted meals are provided through the generosity of local motels and restaurants for patients traveling to Alpena, Michigan to receive medical treatment.
Patients, their caregiver/driver, and out-of-town family members may apply for service anytime there is a scheduled physician appointment, consultation, treatment, test, therapy, in-patient, out-patient or other medical appointment made in a physician’s office or at Alpena Regional Medical Center.
With prior approval, patients in financial need may apply for additional assistance by contacting the Faith & Hope Hospitality House office for more information. The Hospitality House makes reimbursement subsidies available through the generous help of concerned individuals, business, church organizations, service clubs & other users of the hospitality house services.
